By using this online ordering system, you agree to pay for purchases made within the terms already agreed upon for your account (e.g. Net 7 days or COD). A return payment charge of $35.00 will be assessed for each check or electronic payment returned unpaid by your bank. You promise to pay all amounts charged to your account plus any return payment charge and other amounts due. In addition, you agree to pay all costs suffered or incurred by Sixteen Bricks Artisan Bakehouse in connection with your failure to make payments when due, including, without limitation, courts costs, collection fees and reasonable attorney's fees.

Failure to make payments when due may result in the entire balance becoming due and payable regardless of invoice dates and account terms changing to COD or being closed. Delinquent accounts may be reported to various credit reporting agencies. The terms of this account will be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with state laws. You agree that any claim or action brought against either party in connection with this account or any other transaction between the parties will be brought and maintained in Superior Court in the county in which Sixteen Bricks Artisan Bakehouse servicing you is located, and that such court has proper jurisdiction and venue. Usage of this website constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions contained herein.
